What is a Pool Bet?

A pool bet is a bet where your stake money goes into a central pot which contains all of the stakes that everyone has bet so far, so your stake money is 'pooled'.

In fact every time you buy a ticket for the lottery you are placing a pool bet!

A pool bet has no odds associated with it. At the time you place your pool bet you do not know what you might win should your bet be good. What you will win will depend on the total number of stakes that are pooled and the number of winners. This is because pool bets are settled by simply dividing the total prize pool amongst all the winners.

At Jackpool you buy a ticket for our games much in the same way you would buy a ticket for the lottery. After the game has finished, check the result, and if you are lucky or skilful (or both) then it might be time to start planning that dream holiday!
